The South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center (SMDCAC) provides a world-class, multi-disciplinary cultural venue and community gathering place in the southern part of Miami-Dade County.

Supervise all audio/visual crews for load-in, set up, operation and load-out of all stage productions. The head audio/ visual technician/ engineer will supervise electrical and video crews during all work/ maintenance calls operating and maintaining all theatre audio/ visual systems. Qualifications: 5 years or greater professional stage/theatrical audio technician or engineer. *Please see full listing.
Qualifications: 5 years or greater professional stagecraft / theatrical carpentry experience and expertise, including set construction, counterweight system operation, and stage rigging. ETCP certified preferred. Experience as a head or assistant stage carpenter with the ability to demonstrate Strong leadership managing typical load in / load out and show running crews of 4-24 IATSE and non IATSE stagehands is a must. SMDCAC is dedicated to presenting and supporting arts and culture and providing access to the arts to the entire Miami-Dade County community. Is seeking customer service oriented, motivated individuals to assist with ticket selling and other customer service needs in our box office. The successful candidate must be computer literate and possess excellent customer service skills. This position up to a maximum of 29-40 hours per week.
